However, there are some repairs needed to be done with the shower rooms. And I believe that the management is fully aware of it. Because it would be lovely to have a functioning cold and hot shower. This is a minor adjustment the hotel should consider.
If I were to visit the City of Cebu again, SUGBUTEL will still be my first hotel-of-choice

We stayed here for a family vacation and the overall experience was very good. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. It was also located near a major shopping mall, SM Cebu, and other tourist spots were just a ride away. Taxis and jeepneys are easily available.

I love my stay here! Its value for money for those who want to stay near malls and the airport and pier. Staff are friendly too. The beds are comfortable with curtains. Air-conditioned works good and convenient with elevator!

I stayed here last year January but for a night only (supposed to be 2 night but i extended my stay in bohol). So the hotel is nice . I booked the dormitory type and its a big room with a high temp and its so cold. The bathroom was so clean and there is a hot shower which i really love. The location is near the sm city but the public transportation is kinda hard to get . Its also near to the port.

Room is functional and clean. Nothing fancy. We missed only the safe-deposit box. Breakfast is (almost) only Filipino-style. Good location, between Robinson Galleria and SM City Mall. Near to the pier and airport.
